Weapon un-lock! Patch notes for August 10, 2024

- Add third control "Wpn Lock" that toggles the Wpn Lock setting while held. For example, if Wpn Lock is on, this acts as a "pick up" button. It's also usable in Specials. The default is Tab.
- Fix graphical pop-in on very large items and monsters.
- Fix sounds far to one side sometimes wrapping around and coming from the other side instead.
- The F11 hotkey now cycles through possible sizes, instead of just tiny and huge.
- The Special Trigger selector now keeps the NOT/AND state instead of clearing it.
- HamSandwich has been updated as well.
