Hey everyone! We're thrilled to bring you this week's update, packed with exciting progress and sneak peeks into the evolving world of "Bancroft Academy." Character BIOS: A Dynamic Glimpse: We've made significant strides in developing an interactive system for character bios. Here's a sneak peek at one of the dynamic bios you'll encounter. The bios will be ever-evolving, with an "Other Notes" section that updates with noteworthy events and interactions. This feature aims to deepen your connection with each character, offering insights and surprises as you progress through the game.


Clues Tab: Keeping Mysteries Alive: Adding to the intrigue, we're implementing a 'Clues' tab. While we're keeping the details under wraps for now, anticipate an engaging element that will add layers to your gameplay experience. The Phone System: A Central Hub of Interaction: The phone system in "Bancroft Academy" is shaping up to be a central gameplay element. We're introducing text messaging, calling, and a news feed/Instagram-style content to enhance interactivity. This feature will offer a more immersive and connected experience within the game world. Expect to stay updated, in touch, and engaged with everything happening at Bancroft Academy! New Features on the Horizon: The phone will also allow you to view stats across various characters, including potential romances. We're incorporating custom backgrounds, with some unlockable and others as generic options. This system, a labor of love and time, is still in development, but we're making great progress. Currently completed:

The remaining features are actively being developed, and we're excited to have them ready for Episode 2. Story Writing for Episode 2: We must admit, our focus has been heavily on coding and enhancing our renders. The entire team (all four of us) are dedicating our efforts to these aspects. As a result, story writing for Episode 2 has taken a bit of a backseat, but rest assured, it's on our radar, and we'll be diving back into it soon. Your support and feedback are invaluable to us.
