Bug Fixes

• Achievements: The 'Perfectionist' achievement bug has been fixed.
• Screen Freeze: The issue causing the screen to freeze has been resolved.
• Hitboxes: Several hitboxes have been improved.
• Typos: Various typos have been fixed.
• Tower Base: The bug that sometimes caused players to return to the base of the tower when exiting a room has been fixed.

New Features

• Metal Detector: The metal detector now starts activated, and you can toggle it on or off by clicking the item in the pause menu.
• Home Button: A home button has been added to the pause menu for easier navigation.
• 2x Cursor: You can now set the game cursor to be twice the normal size.

As we get closer to the release date, I start to reminisce about the first ideas we had for A Tower Full of Cats two years ago. The initial concept was very simple: first, we had a Building, then a Castle, so what about a Tower next? It was a very abstract idea that pushed us to imagine how mankind's history would be seen through the eyes of cats! wadacat We definitely went "high-concept" with this one, and it certainly gave us some headaches trying to fit all our ideas into this Tower. It ended up becoming quite a big tower for us to climb too! awkwardsmile In A Tower Full of Cats we've taken everything you loved about our "Full of Cats" games and expanded it into a multi-layered adventure, with intricate puzzles and hidden secrets. And now, this process comes full circle! As you may know we're working on the sequel to our first hidden object game! Hello humans! 2022 was a great year for us! We've released 4 games, a minigame, a comic book and a lot of aditional content for those games. Not to mention the other 4 games we are working on right now! That's a lot of work, so we need more paws to help us.
This is Leo, Devcats' new intern. He was found all alone in our yard, feist as a little feral cat really is. We rescued him and within 5 days he bloomed into a sweet little boy, purring loud every time we pet him. If you follow us on instagram (@luadogato) you already know all that. We named him Leo and he still need to be approved by all of us cats, but most likely he's going to stay with us permanently. ~~~~~~~~~~ We created a special bundle for the end of the year!
