I'm back with some more bug fixes! steamhappy
- Some stickers description had a "+" instead of a "-" when you bought them from the machine, this has been fixed,
- The "Clumsy" character trait did not activate if the enemy was stunned, this has been fixed,
- The Goert ending did not properly display its text and thus did not end correctly, forcing the player to skip steamsad This has been fixed,
- Stickers in the sticker book would play the same sound on loop when hovered, this has been fixed,
- Stickers in the sticker book would sometimes display the description of stickers from another page, I think this has been fixed,
- Goert third starting character trait, "Empty" did not correctly display the damage it dealt, it now displays correctly.
Some mooooore bug fixed:
- Skills sometimes would not activate (sorry about this one, it came with yesterday's hotfix steamfacepalm ), this has been fixed,
- The "Inside joke" skill sometimes dealt 0 damage, this has been fixed,
- The "Traditionalist" character trait canceled the "Out there" sticker, they now should combo correctly,
- Some character traits cancelled the bonus damage "Infinite bragging" was supposed to get each cast, this should be fixed,
- The Reward screen sometimes popped up before the end of your combo, this should now be fixed.
A lot of new bug fixes this time (Thanks a lot tu lucasravach who found a lot of them steamhappy)
- The Entertainer character trait did not increase when using a non damaging skill. This has been fixed AND a counter has been added to the character trait so that you can check how much damage it adds.
- The Scoop Hunter character trait had a few cases where the bomb would not detonate upon reaching the bottom, this has been fixed,
- The sticker album still had issues when the player changed pages too quickly, this is officially fixed,
- Win streak counter did not go above 1, this has been fixed,
- Multiple jokers could have issues activating if they were on the border of the board, this should be fixed,
- Ability creating orbs on the board did not increase the combo counter if they created a match, this has been fixed,
- Activating an ability before the Dramatic Entrance sticker could activate could freeze the game, this should be fixed,
Some more minor bug fixes :thumbsup:
- Board reset could sometimes freeze the game if no match were possible afterwards, this should now be fixed,
- It was still possible to change page in the StickR album when sticker were appearing and this was causing some issues, this should now be fixed,
- Achievements requiring a certain number of combos did not activate if the enemy died or if it left the board with no match, this is now fixed.
Heeeyyyy, more bug fixes, who'd have thought steamhappy
- Music SHOULD now always work (long story short, do not put special symbols in your files names, people!)
- Skills that created orbs like "Depression", "Loud Music" and "Approaching deadline" could sometimes mess the order of the turns and the enemy would play your turn, this should now work as intended,
- The win streak function in the "Advanced tasks" screen did not count the win streak correctly, this has been fixed,
- Skills that created orbs sometimes did not deal damage if it matched orbs of your specialty, this should now be fixed.
Hey it's ya boy Delirium Tremens back with another hotfix fresh from the oven steamthis Steam achievement are fixed AND previously unlocked achievements (in-game) which did not unlock in Steam should automatically activate the next time you launch the game steamhappy Boss music should also be fixed, I really hope this time steamthumbsup
Hey guys, I'm back for my bi-hourly hotfix steamhappy As usual, a few bug fixes :
- The "Autority" boss deals damage when matching orbs of his specialty, unfortunately every enemy afterwards did too, that's fixed,
- The "Technophobe" perk turned off the "Sticky" starting character trait and it was not consistant with how they were worded. This has been fixed, Sticky now still applies a Poison stack on match, but does not deal damage when Technophobe is active,
- Foam dart blaster could freeze the game if no specialty orb were on the board, this has been fixed.
Ok third time's the charm, surely it's the last hotfix, right? Right? steammocking A few bug fixes and added functionality:
- The "Crazy Cat Person" character trait's cats were abnormaly large. The poor things were put to sleep and replaced by normal size cats,
- You can now press "Skip" if you had chosen a skill at the end of battle and changed your mind before replacing another skill,
- The enemy will now think twice before using Loud Music, checking if they actually need to do such a thing.
Once again, just a small hotfix this time for minor bugs:
- Fixed a bug where you would be stuck in the break room if you bought a 13th character trait (it IS possible! steamthumbsup ),
- Fixed a bug where scrolling up or down with the mouse when buying 10 stickers at once would mes everything up,
- Tentative fix for a bug where the "Prickly" character trait seemed to activate when YOU used a skill instead of the enemy,
- Boss music not looping should also be fixed now.
MatchR: Now Hiring is finally released !! steamhappy Unfortunately a bug came and was released at the same time, the loading process for equipped stickers wasn't exactly right. This has now been fixed but the stickers you equipped before that might have been lost. If that was the case (or if you want some more tokens and rewards for reading the game news steammocking ) you simply have to be in the Main Menu and press all the letters of "Sorry" at the same time, you should hear a jingle and 50 MatchR tokens will be added to your account. This is a one time offer guys, please don't be greedy steamhappy
Third patch for the demo steamthumbsup
- Freed the interns who couldn't get out of the break room without buying something, there's once more no obligation to buy,
- Fixed an exploit allowing to farm a lot of tokens at once at the end of a battle,
- Added 3 new skills, they might not be perfectly balanced yet but you can start trying them out ("Taxation", "Kiss the frog" and "Payday"),
Quick second patch for the demo, before the Steam Neo Fest begins steamhappy
- Added an "Animation speed" slider in the Options menu, it is now possible to speed up the animations between battle to x2, x4, or skip them entirely,
- Fixed a bug that affected the way joker were destroyed or not, as they sometimes disappeared without being part of a Match-3+,
- The player now cannot leave the store before the effect of the bought item is applied,
- The "Dramatic entrance" sticker would sometimes create a board without a possible match, leaving the player unable to play (making it that much more dramatic), this has been fixed,
- It was possible to click several times on some buttons, skipping battles or visits to the break room, the issue has been fixed,
Quick first patch for the demo, as some bug were quite urgent:
- It was possible to bypass the limit on the demo by double clicking on "Skip" at the end of a fight, that should be fixed,
- It was possible to click through your salary report on the buttons behind it, that shouldn't be possible anymore,
- The "Sower of discord" character trait also activated on buff applied to the enemy, that should be fixed,
- Skills identical to the ones you already had but of a lower level could be generated in the shop, that shouldn't happen anymore,
- It was possible to drag a sticker without it growing to its full size, I tried a tentative bugfix on that one, hope the issue is fixed,
- The win/lose screen displayed that you were level 9 when you reached max level for the demo, it should now correctly display that you are indeed level 10.
You can now try the Demo for MatchR called "MatchR: Internship"! You will be able to try out:
- The first floor up to the first boss and one more fight,
- 3 characters,
- Unlocks up to level 10,
- The first level of the sticker machine.
