The update fixes the issue of the player's movement being blocked in walls. Previously, when the player touched something solid, their character would simply stop without the ability to move. Now, they continue in the direction that is not blocked.

Just like in the other episodes, the environment is used to remind the player that the story is set in Quebec culture. Episode 1 Ville-mard (Popular neighbour in Montreal) Episode 2 at St-Tite (Festival Western) And this one happens ... in a spaceship. But not any spaceship. The action takes place in the same universe as a popular Quebec TV series that almost every person around my age has seen and knows...

A whole new playable story available now
Hi everyone ! I have been working since releasing this game back in june to make it a series of short stories adventure games. So the idea is to have multiple scenarios around 2 hours of gameplay each in a different cities of Quebec. [previewyoutube=ygCmCUYAVgY;full][/previewyoutube] This one takes place in St-Tite Festival Western. It is even more epic than the precedent. It is completed and you can play now! All the scenarios will also be based on a cinema genre. For example the first one is horror and this one is western. Film-noir and sci-fi coming soon ! Enjoy and thanks for playing !

I added some Steam Achievements, but it is only for Windows version for now. Other platforms are coming soon. There is also a brand new menu and a new hard mode.

Here is a patch that will greatly improve the gameplay in many ways ! I'm sorry this was not in the original game haha. The game will not be as rough anymore.
- The text does not keep repeating when you press the action button, instead it completes and closes.
- The text is easier to read with lower case and upper case characters.
- Improved the user menu.
- Added hints and new dialogues.
- Changed some graphics.
- Added character names in the text box to understand the story better.
- The dialogues now wait for the player's input to give the player time to read the text.
This is only a small fix to solve a confusion problem. When booting the game we could believe that it crashed because the screen is completely black until the player presses any buttons. The goal with that was to create a surprise effect in front of the black screen since it is not normal, but in return some players had the impression the game was just not working and would not continue. That's why I decided to add a title and display controls at start.

Quebec Mortis is a retro styled adventure game including two unique stories to complete.
Horror Episode
Louis calls his brother but he doesn't answer. He leaves a message "please don't do anything stupid!". Louis quickly heads out to his brother's home but he is missing... He decides to stay there for the night and go look for his brother the next day. This is when you come into play.
Western Episode
Serge finds himself involuntarily in the midst of a dispute at the heart of the Western festival. Someone put Serge up to this and was able to convince him. But how? All he wanted was to buy a simple hat!
