We finally made it! Sorry about the lack of regular updates - though I have worked feverishly on the game, updates aren't my strong point, but here we are!
There is now a new level, the Arctic, and a new boss fight. Enjoy!
I have added different difficulty levels for those who found the game too hard or who would like a special challenge.

This update adds the kickstarter promised "Memorial to the Fallen" and I (hopefully) fixed a clash in game when levelling up and getting a chest on the same tic.
This update ads WSAD controls to the game and tweaks/fixes a couple other control issues.
Had to cross some t's, dot some i's, and tighten up bolt #x27jedv5
Added a new power, singularity blade. You can purchase it to be available from the beginning or chest will have it as a spawn option in the Charred Lands. Also implemented other minor gameplay mods and bug fixes.
Slowed the rate that Cy takes damage from collision with an enemy from 60 times a second (every tick) to 10 times a second. Should stop/reduce abrupt surprise deaths. Tweaked some other in-game parameters.
Have been tweaking numbers and user experience on the new training level. Look forward to getting more usable feedback.
Changed several perimeters in the training level. More enemies spawn (to keep it interesting), they are weakened (to keep player from dying as quickly). Added a video loop to intro movie. Getting a single version that can be exported to all platforms thanks to the advice of Tristan of Victris Games, who has become a great ally and source of input for me. Wanting to hear from more players and change game accordingly.
Fixed music not stopping before boss fight in desert and a couple other minor bugs.
I got some great feedback from a player (who also happens to be a game dev) last week saying that the desert level was too hard in the beginning. I considered lowering the desert difficulty but instead added a much easier training level. As I've said, I'm very interested in player feedback and will often act on it. Enjoy!
I know that today was only the first day of Cy's early access on Steam but I found a few minor things I wanted to go ahead and fix. One was some of the text staying on the start screen after resetting and another was making sure all playthroughs are counted on both levels as it affects a few things in game.
