Over the past ten years, we have been lucky enough to have created a ton of games and become part of your life. We have helped entertain your friends and family when you wanted to break the ice, laugh, or for those nights when you just wanted to stop your weird uncle from talking. (We arent going to name names, but you know who were talking about.) However, with over 50 games, more and more you are saying that it takes a lot of effort to switch between packs to find all of the different games you want to play. In fact, here are some of the things weve heard directly from our players through social media, customer feedback surveys, and through hand-written pleas: It's the only annoying thing about Jackbox at parties. Having a unified megapicker that recognizes purchases would be great. I think it'd be awesome if they just had a singular unified Jackbox launcher that Party Packs would just add into, so I don't have to remember which pack had which game and go through the hassle of switching between them. How has Jackbox released seven party packs and not a unified combo-pack launcher?

Congrats! Youve found the perfect blog post. Jackbox Games are local multiplayer games, but with a few extra steps, its easy to get a game started with others in remote locations. If youre unfamiliar with our games, our general How To Play page is a great place to learn how to start a room and connect players to a game. After youve checked that out, hop on back to this page! Playing with Friends and Family If you feel confident about your internet connections, just jump onto a videoconferencing service (like Zoom, Discord, or Google Meet). Start a game on your laptop and use the screen sharing option so that your players can see the game. Everyone can play along on their own mobile devices by using a browser and going to Jackbox.tv. If youre having difficulty getting back to your video conferencing screen from the games full screen mode, go to the settings in the main lobby and turn off Full Screen Mode. If youre a Steam fan, you can skip the videoconferencing step and use Steam Remote Play Together. This feature allows you to share your local co-op games online with friends. Using Remote Play Together, only one person needs to own a copy of a Jackbox Games title. Up to four players (or more with faster internet connections) can join. Discord screen sharing can also be a great option if youre playing on a laptop. You and up to nine of your Discord friends can connect and have both the game and video enabled. Youll want to see your friends faces when theyre laughing at your responses in Tee K.O. 2. Some consoles also have screen share or co-stream abilities as long as youre playing with someone who also owns that platform. Head on over to Steam to try out a demo of The Jackbox Party Pack 10 before the official release on Thursday, October 19th! About Steam Next Fest Steam Next Fest is a multiday celebration where Steam users can try out game demos, chat with developers, watch livestreams, and learn more about The Jackbox Party Pack 10. The fest begins on Monday, October 9th at 10 AM PT and ends on Monday, October 16th at 10 AM PT. During this window of time, youll be able to download The Jackbox Party Pack 10 demo from this Steam page and try out abbreviated rounds from two of the new games in the pack.
