I'll start by saying that all of this was, and still is my fault. My inexperience led me to release the AVN on STEAM without much prior knowledge. In fact, up until yesterday, I did not know how to upload DLC properly. That led to the mess that was season 3 (episode 3 really) the naming is another thing but that's not a major issue for now. I hope and pray that I have finally fixed the issue with the missing images past the point where it says and I quote from the game itself "Past this point you are headed for season 3" To clarify: This issue began when I decided to include seasonthree.rpy file inside the (Season One) build in preparation for episode 3 DLC. And as I have already mentioned... My inexperience with DLC led me to the only other option which was to release the rpy without the images. I am not making excuses, I am simply trying to explain. It was an act of desperation that will not be repeated. Now, however, I think I know how it should be done. So when/if you purchase episode3 DLC you will no longer see any missing images when you reach the message saying "Past this point, you are headed for season 3" I have also prepared for episode 4 coming in DLC form and hopefully, there will not be a repeat of missing images this time since I have prepared for it ahead of time with episode 3 DLC. I have also found and replaced some images that were corrupted and not missing at all. Some of them are vk069, qr842, bf500, bd374. I have replaced them with backup copies. IF YOU ARE STILL SEEING MISSING IMAGES... AFTER PURCHASING EPISODE 3 DLC... Please report them to me. Preferably via email or Discord. Otherwise, here on STEAM. I will update you once they have been replaced. I am truly sorry for all of the frustration my inexperience has caused all of you. I promise to make it up to you with the next episode. Now that my life has stabilized somewhat, the episodes should be coming a lot quicker. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

The DLC contains episode 3 for the base game THE SHRINK Season One. All episodes will be released as DLC from now on.

I am truly sorry for any issues this may have caused in the past, especially now that the previous saves may be broken due to the drastic changes made. The skip feature has been enabled. You can keep unseen text to get to the very end where it tells you that you are headed for season 3. I suggest saving above that line as we prepare for the release of season 3. Season 2 is no longer required since they are now both merged. I intend to release S3 as a DLC if I can manage it without messing things up even further. If not, I will release 1-2-3 merged into a single build for everyone who owns the game and those who do not. This had to be done. A lot of people struggled with the previous method of merging and the fault is entirely mine. I am inexperienced when it comes to STEAM releases.

I have (HOPEFULLY) simplified matters for those who wished to play seasons 1 and 2 in continuation. All you need to do if you are someone who owns season 2 is take the Seasontwo.rpa file copy it and then paste it where season one is installed. As far as saves are concerned, most of my saves did work, but some did not. The most consistent save that always works for me, is the save at the end of the season with Alice. There is nothing I can do about breaking saves. Renpy has changed things and my current version of it is different from the games release version. The simplest solution to dealing with save issues is to start a new game and skip past all the seen content. I have also preset the season 2 script to expect a season 3 release. This way we can avoid the same issues on season 3.

Minor update fixed some issues with missing images al634, ml048, ml050, and ml055 as well as a few actual typos on the text itself. There is nothing new added and hope nothing broke!

Some changes to the code. More small updates will be made as we move towards SEASON TWO in preparation for ensuring that the game works as intended.

I wanted to thank all those of you who have decided to support me by purchasing SEASON ONE of THE SHRiNK and let you know that the first season is already considered a success for this one man team. That brings me to the second season... The second season is already under way, and if by chance you happen to be someone who has purchased my first game on STEAM (FOM) unlike the fate of that game, THE SHRiNK is entirely mine and will have no interruptions in terms of development. Season two is coming this year for sure (likely October), but I can't give you an exact date this early on though. I want to make sure that there is enough content before release. For those of you who have not tried THE SHRiNK yet... Know that the story is a silly over the top ??? type of story that is simply there to keep things going. The focus of the game is to entertain the MC (you) through your actions.
