Single player campaign:

The Green Mode difficulty option was made availeble on accident last release.
This game mode is not implemented yet and has been removed again.

- Implemented the king achievement.
- Added icons for several achievements that had an empty one.
- Added a motion blur effect toggle to the advanced graphics options.
- Removed the Green Mode difficulty option (This game mode is not implemented yet)
- Fixed player not being frozen properly during the exit animation when using the full focus camera option.

- Fixed some levels not loading caused by the previoes release.
- Potential fix for players submitting scores for the modular level while not in the final phase of the level.
