Hi everyone, this is an unplanned update, here are the details and the reason why:
Changes and fixes:

The reason why:
As some of you may know, Unity changed some of its billing services, and even though we are not affected by those changes, we're not comfortable with the decisions taken and the direction of the engine. Skyty is sad. From now on, the unity (and current) version of the game will be referred to as the Legacy version of Racing Tanks, or Racing Tanks Legacy. This version will not receive any feature updates. It will only be maintained for bug fixes, as the game will be ported completely to the Godot Engine, which will be implementing a single-player arcade/challenges mode. The arcade mode along with the changes mentioned above were planned to be launched in a future 2.0 update, however, due to the changes in Unity, we decided to launch the Power Ups along with the visual improvements now, as the porting will take a long time, and we don't want to leave our small player base waiting for a long time. If you read this far, thank you for reading, and enjoy the update! Darkar says nothing. |
This is a small update, which focus in fixing some small bugs and adjusting some mechanics:
