Build ready with hotfixes for DreamHack Valencia

Hi there I will be attending Dream Hack in Valencia Spain this week, to show off the game. It will be great to see you around. https://dreamhack.es/ I have been working on getting a build ready for this, with many fixes and improvements:
- Fixed an issue where puzzles , monoliths, and other important props were not spawned on planets
- Bug fix: second player coop now will no longer be controlled by the wrong game pad
- Bug fix: multiple ship shooting now shoots the correct angle
- Coop is now being initialized at the start menu
- Improved menu feel
- Improved colors on ship parts with different material
- Money can also be given randomly in puzzles, and these depend on the difficulty
- Added art on matching pairs for back buttons
- Hank is now visible in ship room
- Shooting sound increased a bit on planets
- Removed zooming out when entering hover bike
