The base grid has been increased in size from 6x4 to 8x4. A bigger grid means more movement and attack options for both you and the devils!
Move and attack options now show on hover. This makes it easier to quickly explore your options.
The "explainer scroll" text no longer overflows. The mouse light now follows the mouse more accurately.

More panes, more problems!

This patch includes the option to reduce game quality. This change was tested on a 10 year old Macbook Pro and significantly improves frame rate and responsiveness.

Glass Tactics 0.3.0 is out!
Enemies now tell you where they're going to attack. This is a huge change which pushes Glass Tactics to play more like a puzzle game where the player has perfect information. Lots of balancing and playtesting was necessary to adjust player and enemy stats felt right given this change.
There is now an Undo Button (and hotkey, Z)! Gone are the days of accidentally killing your teammate and having to reset your run! Look forward to other quality of life improvements in future releases.

This release includes lighting improvements and a new enemy, the Devil's Advocate!
The Devil's Advocate is Crooked, so he is advantaged when attacking diagonally.
I'm also in the process of stylizing power ups. This release includes new art for Hindsight!
Future releases will include more devils, more blessings, and new playable characters!

I was really attached to the old name, but I think Glass Tactics is more search-friendly and more descriptive. I've done a pass at updating all content with the new name. PS: There should be some new content coming out next week!

Sin With Originality!
7 deadly sinners battle their way out of hell in this stained glass turn-based strategy game! On each playthrough, encounter different devilish enemies, powerful indulgences, and levels.
Battles play out on a unique vertical stained glass grid. Units can jump atop or lift other units. Sequence your moves just right to line up the perfect turn!
Get behind enemy lines for bonus damage. Be careful or you might wind up leaving your own units vulnerable!
Sinners each have unique attacks and sinister powers. Combine different sinners to build the ultimate crew!
Play as a crew of 3 sinners as they seek a second judgement. Make it out of hell to unlock additional sinners. Each turn, your units can move and attack. Be careful or your units will get killed on the AI's turn! Along the way, you'll acquire blessings and indulgences that will power up your units. Runs will take ~30 minutes to complete. Encounter different enemies on each run that will challenge your crew in different ways.
