Achievements Part 1 Live! Plus, Linux/Deck support

The first set of achievements are live! This is a set of ten, all connected to the arcade zone proper. Later, additional achievements will be added for each individual game.

On top of that, a native Linux build has been uploaded and the game should now run properly on the Steam Deck! Please let me know if you run into any issues. Thank you, my friends.
