Shared leaderboards
On daily and weekly levels, as well as 10-marathons, you can now see the leaderboards for all players, including the ones on Android and iOS. Compete with your friends on all platforms! You can also change your display name as it is shown for other people, just go to the flair picker screen. Note: Daily and weekly leaderboards now reset at midnight UTC, no longer at your local time, be careful! We made it so you don't lose your streak if you were affected by this after updating the game.
Secrets of the Deep
A new massive DLC with 3 level packs totalling 26 levels, 3 level generators and a brand new mechanic: cellhints. These hints tell you how many waters are in the 3x3 square around the cell with the hint. Buy now and support Liquidum! https://store.steampowered.com/app/2861780/Liquidum__Secrets_of_the_Deep/ Note: There's a bundle with Liquidum and Femme Fatale that's always 15% off! What if I didn't buy the DLC and want to check out the new mechanic? The DLC has 5 free levels for anyone to test it out, just head to "Extra Islands" and see the 3 new level packs. Additionally, the new mechanic is available in Create mode and Workshop levels for free, so anyone (even if they didn't buy the DLC) can both make levels with it, and play other people's levels that use it. We're excited to see new levels using this mechanic!
Demo
We're releasing a demo on Steam that has the first 13 levels. If you want to recommend Liquidum to anyone, send them the demo! Thank you so much, for all the support, and if you haven`t already, come join us on our dedicated Discord server! Stay hydrated, Liquidum team
Changelog:
- Fixed duplicate entries on leaderboard right after you win.
- Fixed "pro" flairs showing the incorrect month.
We have finally released Liquidum on iOS devices! You can find our game on the App Store here. And if you didn't know, our game already has an Android version, which you can find it here! Lastly, we've been working hard on both integrating leaderboards between all platforms, and also a huge new DLC with new mechanics and content. Expect more news on these topics soon!
Changelog:
- New feature: Unselecting flairs on flair customization menu
- Improved flairs visuals on leaderboards
- Fixed bug with auto-filling "X"s when clicking on boat hints
- Fixed bug with 4-week streak achievement
- Fixed rare bug with ongoing solutions being cleared in some levels
After March Challenge, we now have monthly challenges, where you can get a pro flair every month if you complete at least 15 daily levels. In addition, we have added many new flairs, from keeping a long streak, to completing extra islands.
Flairs are a way to display your skills in the daily/weekly/marathon leaderboards. In version 1.2.4 we have added a flair picker in the main menu (right next to the profile button), that allows you to choose which flair you want to display when you submit a result to the leaderboards. And extra flairs show up as a +X next to your name in the leaderboards, to show you have many flairs. You can hover another user's flair to see how they got that flair, and maybe get it too!
We may add more flairs in the future, for new extra islands, or other custom challenges. What flair would you like to see?
Apart from that, it is now possible to replay weekly marathons, should you wish, and your time and mistakes will reset when replaying both weekly marathons and daily levels. Notice you will not show up in the leaderboards again with the new result, replaying is just for fun.
Stay hydrated,
Liquidum team
In update 1.2.2, the previous "no boat" marker is replaced by a "maybe boat" marker.
We recommend using it to mark where boats could be, rather than where they can't. This leads to using way less markers and is more intuitive to the eye.
Note, however, that the this is just a recommendation, you can continue using the marker however you like, as it is just a helper for you to solve the puzzle.
Other than that, we have fixed some issues that caused the leaderboards to fail to update today. Unfortunately, if you already played the daily, it won't upload your result again today, but your streak and monthly challenge are safe!
Stay hydrated,
Liquidum team

[/olist]
Congratulations!!!
Please reach out to us on our Discord to get your prize! Which will be any 1 future paid DLC of your choice for free (or if you haven't got it yet and would like it as a reward, our previous paid DLC Femme Fatale!) Everyone else (together with our top 5 above) that got at least 15 will now get an exclusive pro flair next to your name on the leaderboards, to show-off that dedication towards hard puzzles. Congrats to all who made it!
What about future months?
We have decided to expand upon the challenge and getting new flairs in Liquidum! There won't be a prize for the top 5, but for all future months, we'll be granting new flairs for each month you successfully completed 15+ daily levels with 2 or fewer mistakes. Each month will have a different colored flair, and we'll be showing on the leaderboard how many flairs you have collected so far. We are still working towards a system where you can choose which flair to show, display all your collected flairs, see how far you are in the daily montly challenge, and even have planned a few other little challenges to get other unique flairs, like for people that enjoy creating levels or speedrunning. We'll be working and talking more about this in future updates later this month. For now, congratulations again to everyone that participated, and we hope you'll continue enjoying playing Liquidum with us! Stay hidrated, Team Liquidum

Changing how we create new free content
We've decide to change the way we release new free content. Up until now we've been releasing free level packs as free DLC, an experiment we've been making based on some feedback we had from other developers on how Steam informs players about game updates. We've gather some stats, listened to a lot of feedback from our players, and starting with this new level pack, we'll switch the experiment to release new free packs directly as an update, no store page whatsoever. We'll still not sure if this will be the best approach to get as many players aware when we release new content, but same as the previous experiment, we'll be checking the numbers and how our community reacts from time to time, and be open for changes as we go. Let us know on our Discord what you think of this! For now, we'll be hiding the store page for the previous free DLC (Small&Tricky and Mirrors). Don't worry, they will be automatically showing at everyone's game, no matter if you got the DLC before this or not, alongside the new level pack. Lastly, we've made a few levels of our paid DLC, Femme Fatale, free to play to anyone that hasn't got it yet. We will do this for every future paid DLC, that way you can get a taste of the content before deciding to buy it or not. Speaking of which, if you haven't checked it out yet, consider buying our premium level pack! It's the best way to continue supporting us in improving Liquidum as much as we can! https://store.steampowered.com/app/2861770/Liquidum__Femme_Fatale/?utm_source=liquidum&utm_medium=update120 Thank you all for the support, and if you haven`t already, come join us on our dedicated Discord server! Stay hydrated, Liquidum team

Hey there divers! We just released a major update with a ton of new content and features, most of them based on all the amazing feedback we've been having from our community.
New DLC!
We have a brand new DLC! The new pack's called Femme Fatale, and it presents 10 new levels with eye-catching designs and some of the hardest puzzles we've set so far. And same as the first DLC, beating all the levels will grant you a brand new endless generator creating hard variations on some selected designs. It is also our first paid DLC, and we hope anyone that has been enjoying everything we've done so far consider buying it to support us and help us continue working on the game https://store.steampowered.com/app/2861770/Liquidum__Femme_Fatale/?utm_source=liquidum&utm_medium=update

In this update we also feature our brand new recurring challenge, alongside the daily levels: Weekly marathon! 10 hard levels, back-to-back, all unique and with a different flavour each week, which you can try to chip-away at your own pace. Let us know what you think of this new mode!
New achievements!
A total of 17 new achievements, exploring several playstyles our community has been showing interesting in. We hope you'll enjoy all the new challenges, and even dip your toes in some things you wouldn't try before. Also, we are aware we have some achievement hunters having fun with Liquidum, so we've made sure no achievement requires a paid DLC to acquire, ever. You can get them all only with the base-game and free DLCs! (And expect more free DLCs in the future as well )
