In the world of Pangea there have always been three factions: Brutes, Techs, and Remains. Brutes were strong and relied on their abundant resources and bulky inventions, while Techs were innovative and relied on their intellect to compensate for their limited resources. Remains were magic-savvy naturalists, close to nature, and considered outcasts by the other two factions. Due to the Brutes greed and excessive resource mining, ancient creatures and demi-gods were awakened, causing chaos and devastation in Pangea. To escape the approaching danger, Brutes sought the Techs help, who were working on a portal to another dimension. The two factions merged their resources and fled through the portal, the place they ended up was barren and lifeless. To survive, they transferred their consciousness into organic cyborgs called Apidoms, leaving their physical bodies behind. Years later, the Apidoms decided to return to Pangea through the portal. They found a shattered world with destroyed buildings, hostile creatures, and ancient growth spreading everywhere. They realized that the slain creatures had strange pulsating shards within them, which could be used as a power source and to strengthen themselves. The deeper they ventured, the more powerful creatures they faced, including demi-gods with magical artifacts. As the Apidoms gained power, their humanity began to wane, and factions emerged once again. Rivalry escalated among the Brutes, Techs, and Remains, leading to skirmishes and alliances. Some tribes formed with members from different factions, each striving to survive and conquer the treacherous landscape.
