Based on feedback received after the demo, Marble Champions has undergone a major upgrade. [previewyoutube=weSVE1NtsCM;full][/previewyoutube] In addition to improved gameplay, marble handling and level design, the game will now also include the following features Track Designer Create and share your own racing tracks. Arena Battles A competitive mode where players engage in various mini-games, knocking each others marbles out of the arena. Expanded Racing Events New event types including Obstacle Run, Balance Run, Downhill Dash, Cannonball Run, Survival, and Drag Races, offering diverse challenges. Marble Show Set up your own marble races, sit back, relax, and watch some marbles roll. Local Splitscreen Multiplayer Friends and family can compete head-to-head in exciting local multiplayer races & battles. Time Trials Race against the clock and try to set the fastest time on official and user created tracks. Originally slated to be released in 2024, the release date has now been moved to early 2025, and playtests will start soon. The marbles have gained the ability to jump in the latest demo update!
The update also brings more bug fixes and gameplay improvements: - The marbles can now jump! - Tweaked the in-air/jump physics - Rebalanced the stats of some marbles. (The base marbles are now faster) - Fixed a bug where the missions for the 2nd and 3rd place podiums would not trigger correctly. - The camera now keeps better track of the marble in tight spaces. - Added an overview of the controls in the settings menu. - You can now remap the controls for the keyboard in the settings. - Fixed an issue in the daily challenge UI where you could not navigate the challenges by using the joystick on the controller. - Fixed an issue where changing the "Manual camera rotation" would not apply the correct settings. - Increased the braking speed.

The latest update of the demo bring manual braking to the game. Hold SPACE or the (O) / (B) buttons on the controller to slow down your marble.
You can also see the ghosts of up to 100 players that have completed a race in the daily challenges. The amount of ghosts you see can be adjusted in the stettings,

The demo has been updated and includes the follownig changes/fixes - Fixed an issue with restarting the daily challenge. - Added the ball stats in the unlock window. - You can now directly equip a ball in the unlock screen. - Removed restart race button from the tournament. - Increased the size of the finish collider. - Fixed some typos in the leaderboards. - Fixed some camera collision issues. - Adjusted some of the turbo booster placements. - Fixed some visibilty issues with the transparent level blocks. - Fixed an issue where the marble was not correctly respawning. - Fixed an issue with the HDR display output. - Smoother transitions when you lose your bal. - The daily challenge now resets at the same time for every time zone. - Fixed a problem where the camera would stutter/lag behind the player.
