Hey, everyone! This patch is a beefier one. The Greed and Pride Sin have been reworked, the Revolver Aspects have been buffed, and the Slitherbones has been nerfed!
For the next patch, we plan on improving understandability of some key mechanics (such as healing statues and arena rewards) and continuing with our QoL improvements and bugfixes.

Greed Sin 2.0: You regain Bullets with every shot at Ardor B or higher. You lose an Ardor level when taking damage;
Pride Sin 2.0: 2x Ardor at Blood above 50%. You take 2x damage from enemies;
Silver Revolver Aspect 2.0: your bullets have a 20% chance of ricocheting;
Light Revolver buff: your bullets have a 50% chance of stunning (was 20%);
Slitherbones nerf: arrow projectile speed reduced. Attack animation has been tweaked to improve readability;
Doll nerf: attack speed has been decreased;
Envy Sin buff: Healing from indirect damage doesn't get halved anymore;
Weapon Aspects now appear shuffled between all potential weapons;
Deflect time stop effect has been increased;
Smokeshot sometimes not connecting when it should;
Path of the Damned spawn positions were weird;
Lanterns not appearing in the Inventory;
Flasks appearing over the new weapon after a Boss' first defeat, leading to confusion;
Getting infinite Lost Souls with 'Give Up' button exploit fix;
Statues tutorial softlock fix;

Hey, everyone! This patch mostly addresses QoL issues and some visual/experience bugfixes. For fans of the Revolver, we're also buffing the Precise Shot!
For the next update, we're looking into buffing/reworking the Greed Sin and introducing more QoL improvements. We're also investigating some crashes ocurring on the Steam Deck.
Precise Shot buff: damage increased from 2 to 4;
Bloodtrigger nerf: explosion duration reduced, damage reduced from 10 to 8;
Speedrun timer now only ticks during combat;
Hold Button to Repeat now only affects the attack button;
'Death is Inevitable' text changed to 'Death is Inevitable?' after Cassius' blood bolt;
Controls UI text now reads 'Exit' instead of 'Cancel';
Swapped 'Give Up' and 'Options' button positions;
Enemies getting stuck at the corner of certain arenas;
Confusion around whether to hit or interact with certain Statues;
Cassius dash attack hitbox not working;
Codex statue not interactable in the Fountain;
Whims tutorial sometimes losing focus on the Controller;
Reticle Range option being reset after every arena;
Reroll UI appearing over dialog;
Game not saving after purchases with Morrigan;
'Glutinous Hubris' whim text bug;
Morrigan saying 'world' instead of 'word' in English dialog;

Hey everyone, welcome to our first patch! This is mostly to address potential hard-locks and some complaints in regards to the spikes in the Witchery Woods.
We hope to address further QoL and balance suggestions in upcoming patches.
Give Up button - if you're stuck, you may end your Journey prematurely to escape;
Spikes now deal damage half as frequently;
Spikes have been reduced or removed in various arenas in the Witchery Woods;
Earthbreak description now mentions its stun duration;
Hard-lock after rerolling arenas in the Arena Hub;
Cancel label appearing in UIs that can't be cancelled;
Morrigan talking about an upcoming Cassius' rematch after it already happened;

The Witch A member of the Cult of Eternity, the Witch is a sarcastic and spirited expert in alchemy, necromancy and black magic. Suffering has never been so comical!
The Beast ...or what's left of it. The Witch's "child" is as dangerous as it looks.
The Woods dance in arenas devastated by spikes and fungi - a reflection of the chaotic and free spirit of its dweller.
Ooze a lumbering slime, result of nefarious experiments, that multiplies itself on death;
Doll fragile and fearful enemy that protects itself with an umbrella, pushing the player away;
Soulmate an empathic soul that protects another enemy, gently rotating around it. Dies if it distances itself too much from its loved one.
Gnossis Staff A mystical Staff that specializes in displacing and manipulating enemies - pulling, pushing and stunning.
Storm Dragon A hungry and vengeful Blunderbuss that focuses on quick, potent, short-range damage.
Thanks to the Witch's shenanigans (hehehe), your enemies now transform during your Journey, evolving into more dangerous forms and receiving new powers, such as:
Blinkbones flying Slitherbones that teleports on taking damage;
Skullbearer the Tombfeller becomes more resistant, and carries a Slitherbones on its shoulder;
Vengeful Doll a tankier Doll that reflects melee damage back to the player.
Modify your Weapon during the Journey, transforming or refining your attacks, such as:
Spectral Blade transform the Blade's third attack into a repeatable dash slice;
Mirror Revolver deflect projectiles with your Revolver shot;
Wind Dragon fly back with the Dragon shot, hitting enemies and dealing massive damage on collision.
