Hello players, the long-awaited version 0.17.2 of "Dreamy Duel" is here! You can now set custom sound effects for your custom cards! As the card pool grows, so does its size. Therefore, to ensure a good experience with custom cards now and in the future, we've upgraded the card pool file format, significantly reducing its size. We have improved the UI related to keywords. Now, in the editor, keyword-related nodes can be selected from a dropdown menu of preset keywords. Additionally, during deck building and battles, hovering over a card will display detailed explanations of the keywords. This update also introduces new cards and mechanics for Reisen. Reisen has gained the unique ability to summon illusions of minions on the field, and opponents cannot distinguish between the illusion and the original. We have also made balance adjustments to Reisen's previously released cards. For more details on the update, please visit our official website.

Before starting the game, players need choose a Hero with her unique ability to build a deck. Players construct their deck of 30 cards with a combination of their exclusive class cards and neutral cards. In our current version, players can choose among 3 Heroes: The Seasoned Element-mage: Patchouli, The Reckless Sword-master: Youmu, and The Gun-Blazing Hypnotist: Reisen.
Players can play in various modes including AI practice, LAN battle. After logging in their account and joining in our server, players can fight with other players in the lobby.
Both player starts with equal amount of health and their own decks. With each turn, player gains Spirits and draws cards from their decks. Spending Spirits to cast spell cards or sending your servant cards to attack enemies. When one player's health loses all Health, the other player wins.
《Dreamy Duels》is a game still working in progress. Our current goal is to make 10 unique Heroes and more than 300 cards for constructing. The game now can be played on Android and PC platforms via Steam server.
More than that,《Dreamy Duels》aims to exploit the game play and possibility of its genre by allowing players to design their own cards!
We will introduce the Custom Card editor and integrate it into other modes of the game. Such as the Rogue-like Adventure Mode, players will able to collect keywords, stats and special effects thought the run. Use them wisely and creatively to create their own wonderful decks with the Card editor to beat the randomly-generated levels!
Additionally, in the Mutation Mode, Players can construct their decks with custom cards designed by themselves or other designers, and compete with other players in battles. Just like the rules of Danmaku Duels, this is a test of imagination and aesthetics.
To make sure the game is fair and balanced, we will introduce a judging and voting system to encourage all players to engage in the creation of each custom cards. We believe the efforts from the community can make a fantastic gaming environment comparable to that of Gensokyo.
