Set in early 2000s Canada, this yuri visual novel follows Christine, a nurse reeling from a recent breakup with her boyfriend. Still nursing emotional wounds, Christine is assigned to care for Hannah, a patient just a few months older than herself who became paralyzed from the waist down after a car accident.
Although Hannah has been labeled as a difficult and "problematic" patient, Christine is immediately captivated by her personality. Beneath her sharp edges, Christine finds Hannah's outlook on life refreshingly unique, marked by wit and surprising depth. Despite frequent bouts of depression and anger caused by her condition, Hannah's sense of humor helps her navigate the darkest moments. She's also exceptionally talented, with a knack for playing the guitar and a gift for singing that reveals a quieter, more soulful side.
As Christine spends more time caring for Hannah, she begins to see past her own heartache. The bond between them deepens, and Christine finds herself slowly falling in love with Hannah, awakening feelings she had never explored beforeher attraction to another woman, and a new understanding of her own sexuality.
At the same time, Christine crosses paths with an intriguing couple, Marlon and Liz. Marlon, a muscular Latina bodybuilder, exudes strength and confidence, while Liz, her slender Asian partner, contrasts with a quieter, more delicate presence. As you see a good variety: Kaly'l the half-orc, Rowinda the major (the grand-daughter of the one present in Seasons of the Wolf), Ophelia the ex-gladiator and Tamara the mysterious woman from Dingirra. The game will have two characters you can fall in love with, Dolores and Silke. They are both different in how they act and look, and they each have secrets from their pasts. Can you uncover their secrets and finish the story with them still alive?
Based on feedback from beta testers, we have added two difficulty modes. In Easy (the default) you can skip the minigames immediately, while in Normal you can skip them only after you fail them three times. Of course, the game is an adventure game so there will be puzzles to solve and things to interact with in the environment. If players get stuck, a game guide will be published to help them out.
Last but not least, the game will feature several spooky situations and scenes, relying more on the psychological aspect, the fear of the unknown, , rather than showing lots of blood and violence. Hello, we're entering the final 48h of our crowdfunding campaign for our next game, a psychological horror visual novel with point'n'click gameplay and various minigames, called House of Chavez. I'm happy to announce that the Kickstarter for our next project, House of Chavez, is now live. House of Chavez is a psychological horror adventure/visual novel, with yuri romance. Yes, you read it right, this time it's not a plain visual novel, but it has several point'n'click gameplay features.
An inventory, interacting with the environment, a clue system, a map, etc. Also, we're trying to implement more cinematic scenes to improve the immersion.
For those interested more in the... romantic aspect, we got you covered. You'll be able to engage in a romantic relationship with Silke, a mysterious blonde working as waitress who was a caretaker for your grandma Maria:

There are various references to other games set in the same world, like Vin, Amber, the Empire (even if now it has fallen), Irijo the goddess of Truth and of course witches. I have just uploaded in the "beta" branch a new build of the game. Nothing has changed content-wise, but the build uses the latest stable Ren'Py and might solve some achievement bugs that people had in the past (especially on Mac) and it should also run smoothly. Surprise, surprise! Im proud to announce that were working on a bonus DLC for the game Love Bites. And the best news is that the DLC will be included for free in the base game! The DLC will add Ashley to the pool of the romanceable characters. Since both the writer and I loved her (for the appearance and personality as youll read below) we decided that would have been a pity to not add her. Like the other love interests, shell be available both to Kaitlyn and Brandon. Now I can of course imagine that some people will be disappointed that theres only one extra female, but also for technical reasons (like there simply wasnt enough space to add more characters in the scheduler! and other things) we can only add one more, and after some recent events (cancellation of Nicole yuri, long time since I made a BxG game) I think if I had to add one character only, it should have been a female. However, we might explore Love Bites world again in future, maybe in another game, and well make sure to include some handsome boys too. The DLC writing has been already finished, but it still needs to be scripted and tested. I hope to have it ready next month.
