MINI AIRWAYS DEMO Update - Map "WASHINGTON" arrives!

Dear Air Traffic Controllers We have an update in our demo. [Change]

Added new map KDCA: Reagan Washington National Airport.
Added a new airspace mechanic which only allows aircraft to pass the airspace from one side and not the other.
Added a new upgrade choice "NAVIGATION WAYPOINT".
Added new tutorials for "RESTRICTED AREA", "MOUNTAINS" and "GO AROUND".

[Bugfix]

Fixed some known aircraft control issues.
Fixed a bug where the manual time control is allowed when the upgrade panel is showing.
