Integrated Intel GPU Update

We've resolved launch crashes for systems using integrated Intel GPUs through the addition of a new Texture Quality setting from within the main menu. However, were also aware of Fast Travel crashes that can occur after long play sessions on those systems. Such crashes dont corrupt saves or block progress, and are the result of a limitation of the hardware.

Thanks to your invaluable feedback, were making the following adjustments to the game at launch:

• Whetstones will now act more like weapon buffs; when used, they will increase the weapon's damage output for a limited time, similar to the poison mechanic in the original Tails of Iron.
• Weapons will no longer dull, resulting in bounce back and the inability to hit enemies. This has been entirely removed.
• Managing the health of the whetstone is no longer a requirement.
• Whetstones are now purchasable at the shop and can also be found in the world and as an enemy drop.

We believe these changes will make for a more fluid and enjoyable experience, and were incredibly grateful for your input, which has been essential in refining the game. Your Feedback Matters!

The Steam Next Fest was a great opportunity for us to hear your honest thoughts and feedback on our upcoming action-RPG, especially considering the new gameplay mechanics weve added, largely based on community responses to the original game. On the whole, were delighted to see an overwhelmingly positive reaction, with just one element - the weapon sharpening mechanic - seeming to need a little tweaking based on popular consensus. Having taken on board all of your feedback, were pleased to confirm that the whetstone sharpening will receive the following adjustments ahead of the full games launch later this year:

Giant Monster Hunting Side Quests Unfortunately, or fortunately for those brave enough, there are a plethora of gigantic beasts to hunt down - each with their own distinct battle styles and challenges, requiring all your whit and battle prowess to overcome. However, if you choose to track and slay these beasts you will not go unrewarded for each foe you fell, you will be able to harvest the spoils of their carcasses for rare upgrade materials.
Grapple Hook With Tails of Iron 2 we wanted to make traveling feel more fluid, adding not only speed but verticality to the map, with the use of a grapple hook - but fret not, you will also find the grapple hook will come handy when performing final executions.
