Added crests in multiple UI locations. Fixes: Italian translations by @dede. Updated application icon in taskbar (@Riven). Minor finance UI improvements. Improved database selection window for unsubscribed users. Fixed stadium attendance exceeding capacity (@eboke). Injury system adjustments (@Alberto). Fixed players appearing as "1 year old" due to missing data (@Foni). Resigning now retains season year (@Foni). Fixed issues signing free players (@nokenny48).
