0.7.15-EarlyAccess! Build Change Notes - August 13, 2024

• Channel: +1 Attack Power for each empty slot on the board.

• Abandon: +2 Attack Power

• On Play: Add a Ceasefire to the opponent's hand.
• Ceasefire | 1 Mana Spell: While holding this, you cannot draw Cards.

• Your cards that did not start in your deck get +1 Attack Power.

• Old -> 3 Mana 2/1 - On Play: Cards in your hand cost 1 less Mana next turn.
• New -> 3 Mana 2/1 - On Play: Cards in your hand cost 1 less Mana. Golden Bird has always had a fun ability; the downside being that the effect never lasted long enough for you to draw your combo or the cards you wanted. Having Golden Bird change to a permanent effect makes it feel better to include it in your decks. We will continue to monitor it's play rate and win rate to see if it sits correctly within our expectations.

• Old -> 1 Mana 1/2 - On Play: If you play a Card here next turn, +3 Attack Power.
• New -> 1 Mana 1/2 - On Play: If you play a Card here next turn, +2 Attack Power. Maid of Brakel is a fantastic early game unlock, maybe too fantastic. Her ability is so consistent that you're almost always seeing her as a 1/5 on turn 2, which is too strong. We've decided to reduce the strength of her ability slightly to see if she still sits in the popular cards.

• Old -> 3 Mana 1/-3 - On Play: Gain +1 Max Mana next turn.
• New -> 3 Mana 1/-3 - On Play: Gain +1 Max Mana permanently. When Master Thief was first introduced to the game, the ability felt really neat and new. As other cards have surfaced and new synergies were introduced, Master Thief (mostly due to his time-sensitive ability) was removed from decks. Changing his ability to a permanent ability (similar to Golden Bird), should really improve his deckbuilding and play rates, plus who doesn't like dropping him on Moonlit Lake and cheesing out Hildebrand to get an extra 2-4 Mana by end of game!

• Cards now slide into and out of your hand, it's so smooth, so clean, so fresh.

• Stories Mode now pulses NEW when there is a new card to unlock or the first time you see it.

• Fixed an issue with The Willow Tree not correctly playing cards destroyed from Grimoire Grotto.
• Fixed an issue where conceding in the match would sometimes exit the game.
• Fixed a bug where Abandon would not show its ability description when you clicked on a card to view its details.
• Fixed a bug where Dr Knowall would not let you click on realms that have already been revealed.
• Fixed a bug where Hans Dumm would not get added to the opposing hand when destroyed.
• Fixed a bug where Red Riding Hood's ability would not always work as intended.
• Fixed a bug where Quests would not reset on main menu when first logging in for the day but would be reset in the Quest Log.
