Re-configure PyInstaller to make the anti-virus software happy

Building distributables with PyInstaller often triggers anti-virus software flags. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/43777106/program-made-with-pyinstaller-now-seen-as-a-trojan-horse-by-avg There's really no way around it for python programs, but to make the code as transparent as possible (avoid bundling, compressing, and encrypting data). So we did just that. Now our players will not get a heart-attack, since their AV software will not raise any alarms.
