Hello cultists! Thanks for your interest in Hot Wax! We just updated the demo with something that better reflects the full game experience! The old demo was the prototype we made before starting work on the full game. The full game is made in a less restrictive engine, has a higher resolution, is clearer overall, has more refined controls, and has a few different powerups rather than just the bomb, a few different gamemodes, and unlockable palettes. And it's almost done now! With the Steam Next Fest coming on, we thought it'd be nice to replace the old demo with a fragment of the actual game! This new demo has the first difficulty for two of the six gamemodes available in the full game, and 7 of the full game's 30 palettes. There are even 4 Steam achievements that you can get by playing the demo! We hope you have fun with it!
