This is likely the last patch I'll make, unless a breaking bug is found!
Due to popular demand, I've implemented saving your game and resuming from the latest checkpoint! This should allow you to play quick sessions without fear of losing your progress. Hope that is useful for everyone.
All the best,
David
As requested by players, graphical QoL like WIndowed Mode, Field-of-View sliders, etc. Also small bugfixes and an experimental mouse sensitivity adjuster!
All levels should now be tuned and complete. Only missing changes to Chrono are likely to be Quality-of-Life things, unless some big issue is reported!
Small patch after release, fixing:
- UI buttons
- Crashfix
- Some problems with slide boxes
- Button audio FX
- Laser brightness and collisions
- Decorations
- Some hints
You wake up in a mysterious futuristic laboratory, seemingly by accident. You soon obtain the ChronoGun, which seems able to change the temporal properties of objects. Falling items can be sent back to where they fell from, dangerous blades can be safely stopped, and slow mechanisms can be sped up for speed and power. You need to escape this facility, and the sooner the better.
Chrono is a puzzle/platformer first-person single-player game. Explore tens of puzzle rooms where you interact with the temporal properties of objects. Each puzzle contains moving platforms, pistons, lasers, turbines, and more. Puzzles are grouped by level, and each level represents a difficulty increase.
You can try and achieve the fastest time possible for each level. Solve all the puzzles to escape and get to safety!
