Hello guys small update here for this very cool game First thing I added was some in game controller support for controllers like a xbox controller or the Steam Deck (im trying to get it verified for compatibility steamhappy) If you have a controller plugged in, it will change the controls in game to match with your current gamepad. At the moment its very bugged in menus and will not work properly right now, but in the future I will make controller support in the menus as well, but for now you can play in game with a controller which is very exciting. For the text chat, if you are not on Steam Deck you will have to manually type it on your keyboard because on screen keyboard is only for Steam Deck (i think. cant lie i dont own one so i have to wait for valve to test it) (I have only tested gamepad with an xbox controller but should work with a Playstation controller as well) Also made some changes to the text chat by changing the font so it looks a lil better, changing font size and increasing character limit to 30 (huge update) anyway thanks for playing my game, in a bit

hello guys new cart to the end update lets go. I added a few new things which is very exciting New Cart Material First thing I added was a new cart material for those that have beaten the game so you can show others that you have in fact beaten the game. Wow look at how cool that is, it changes colour
Leaderboard I have also added a leaderboard. You can check out the top 50 in the game or you can go here to look at all times. Because there wasn't a leaderboard before you will unfortunately have to beat the game again for your time to submit, sorry about that. But look at the in game leaderboard, its so cool
Text Chat If you don't have a mic for some reason I have now also added a text chat so you can type gg 5 times.
Bug fixes and minor UI changes I also fixed a bug where sometimes your cart would just despawn when it hasn't been 60 seconds. There is also some minor (calm down dr disrespect) UI changes nothing too crazy As usual if you encounter any bugs or wanna give feedback, just make a discussion thread Soundtrack Just also wanted to say the soundtrack is currently on sale if you want to buy steamhappy That's all for now, ill add some more things in the future for this very alive game.

Hello guys small update

New Things and Changes

I added a player list so when you hold TAB key in game, you can see player list. If your the host you can kick players so thats fun. The cart now destroys after 60 seconds of inactivity instead of 90 seconds. There is spawn protection meaning you can't shoot when you are at spawn, when you leave it, you can shoot. Will prevent some guy just spam shooting at the back.

Soundtrack

I also want to mention I recently released the Cart To The End Soundtrack, which is currently on sale. If you want to support me, you can purchase it + you get a very cool soundtrack so exciting. Hello guys lil update here, I have seen that there has been a bug with the elevator where sometimes your cart would fall through the track, even if you wasn't moving. I went ahead and fixed this so your cart should no longer fall through. I have also increased the elevator speed again to make it faster. Thanks.

Hello guys here is new update for Cart To The End no way. I have received a lot of feedback for this game and have made some changes to the game and fixed some bugs.

Some Changes

For the cart controls I have seen some people are bloody livid about how the cart rotation works, especially "Jeep", that guy got really mad but I understand why. Previously you can only rotate cart on the curved tracks but now you can rotate cart on any track which should help with your movement and will make it easier for you to constantly position yourself on the rail to decrease the chances of you derailing. I have made it so if the cart is inactive for 90 seconds, it will automatically destroy. Lift speed has been increased You no longer have to hold the E/F key to enter/exit cart, you just press it. Exiting cart now doesn't take 10 years, it will exit immediately.

Bug Fixes

Some synchronisation bugs regarding the lift has been fixed. If you get launched into space to become Neil Armstrong you will actually respawn now, instead of waiting to fall back down. (Currently fixing the collider issue that is causing this, should hopefully be fixed by next update but for now its a temporary fix.) I am also currently fixing another bug where the cart would shake like crazy, for now a temporary fix is to exit the cart then enter it again.

Upcoming

In the future, I will be adding 2 player carts where one player will be moving the cart and shooting and one player rotates the cart. Will also be adjusting the third person camera because right now it is a bit shit but does the job for now. Adding a player list tab in game with kick/ban buttons for the host.
