Didn't expect this game to be updated anymore huh?

Well YOU WERE WRONG bruv haha

I fixed most of the annoyances, lag spikes, weirdness and improved gameplay. Let's kick things off with balance changes:

Balance changes

- A Comically Large Spoon: Damage increased from 34HP -> 87HP (BUFF) - Blue team now has more time to capture the Blueprints (30s -> 50s) - Player now jumps slightly higher (5.0 units -> 5.5 units) badass

Gameplay Fixes

- Fixed voice chat - You can now see the team you are on when the round starts in Blueprints - Updated game engine from Redot 4.3 to Redot 4.4 Alpha - Fixed lag spikes - Weapons no longer auto-equipped if player is already holding another weapon (doesn't apply to trophy and nuke) - Toaster now reloads more consistently - Fixed chat not fading away after inactivity sometimes - You may now set FPS to UNLIMITED (HELL YEAH)

Editor fixes

- Fixed uploading maps without light baking. This caused issues where maps appeared very broken and were missing objects. You now have two options: proceed without baking lights (will cause bad lighting, but will now be playable) or bake lighting and submit the map. Broken maps need to be reuploaded to the workshop, as their editor version isn't accessible to me and I cannot fix them myself. - An extra popup to explain the lighting baking process right before upload. - Tooltips when hovering over objects in the editor

hello people who have their moms away This update (and yesterday's v1.1.5) bring much needed fixes which have almost caused me to go insane

Changes:

- Increased drop rate of Comically Large Spoon. - Updated the shake effect for all weapons. Things look crisp as hell now - A voice icon will now appear next to the player's name if they are talking using voice chat - Player is no longer "glitchy" if either side is experiencing network issues. - Fixed an issue where dropped weapons would sometimes not pick up for connected players - Updated the tick-rate to reduce the bandwidth - Server version is now shown in the lobby list menu - "Max FPS" option in settings - Comically Large Spoon no longer deals damage twice in certain scenarios

Map maker

- NEW OBJECT: Launch Pad - Added a tutorial to explain keybinds in the map maker - More objects can now have their color adjusted - Fixed map upload - Camera now doesn't turn into Lightning McQueen when you have a high-refresh-rate monitor. - Custom maps are no longer selected by default in the map picker - You can now playtest the final version of the map by clicking the > icon in menu that's it for now boys. with all of that fixed, imma go cook a new content update so you have a reason to give a positive Steam review steamthumbsup

- Removed money from the Buy Menu. It didn't make sense and I have a better idea planned for the Blueprints gamemode - Moved chat lower - Comically Large Spoon can now break glass - Workshop: Fixed issues where players couldn't publish the maps, nor playtest... and generally I've fixed all issues there. a massive update is here boys

starting off...

BIG STUFF:

- 2 NEW MAPS: Verticality and Eight

- A NEW WEAPON: Comically Large Spoon
- Full tutorial for newcomers with bots (takes just 1 minute to complete):
- Reworked host menu and added "Friends Only" option when creating a game

Changes:

- You can no longer shoot your teammates in Blueprints - Players in Blueprints are now randomly distributed across teams (Blue team has an advantage of +1 player)

Balance changes:

- Port: Increased amount of weapon spawners - Nerfed Chips from 10 hits to kill to 12 - Nerfed Pizza slightly - Buffed Satellite Dish slightly for the first two shots - Increased spawn rate of weapons - Increased player hitbox for passing the Bomb

Other improvements:

- Fixed Hair Fryer fire not being shown for other players - Other player's hands while holding Satellite dish are now hidden - Bomb siren now plays correctly - Weapons no longer spawn on top of each other - Fixed a glitch which would cause a player to get stuck in the Loading... animation - Added credits to the menu song used. - Optimized game in cases where you've been connected to a server for a long time - Version check for future versions so people can't connect to a newer version server while on an outdated version - A new achievement (secret, I won't tell you what it is lol) Oh and by the way, I'd really appreciate if you could drop a positive review on Steam. - Minigames:

• 5v5 Blueprints gamemode - You know the rules
• Battle Royale: pick up guns from the ground and kill others, last man standing wins
• Trophy Steal: Random players get a Trophy, hold it for as long as possible, and kill others to take the Trophy from them

  • Player animations no longer suck, as there are now animations for strafing, going backwards and smoothing.

  • Renamed to While Mom's Away
  • New sound effects: Take damage, Round about to start, Round begin, Glass breaking (rip glass-breaking.mp3 :( ), Ladder Jump, Error.
  • Item drops: Launch Container is given max 3 times per day after the game ends. You can't open them just yet.

Smaller changes:

• Weapons now feel more natural due to gun sway when camera moves
• Default music volume is now 5
• Fixed lag right after intro has finished playing
• Some weapons can't be thrown away, like the Trophy,
• Tips in the beginning of a round specific to gamemodes
• There's now a sound effect playing when the round is about to start, as well as when it starts
• Dev options which includes No Menu Animations options are now locked behind a shortcut (I wont tell you it )
• Hair dryer fire bug fixed
• Updated death screen
• Updated to development version of Godot 4.3
• Pizza now shows correct pizza slices in certain cases
• Updated ladder hitbox to better match visuals
• Windows Icon fixed
• Player interpolation adjusted, so players move a bit more fluidly
• Cleaned up the project from old, unused files
• Added two extra buttons for toaster (lol)
