Daily run mode is available in the demo!

In the new Daily run game mode, each new day presents a new equal challenge to every player. Everyone gets the same Tower layout, weapons, and perks and has only one chance to get the highest score for that day. The new Daily run is available at midnight UTC. Other updates:

added Steam Rich Presence feature now your friends will know about your current run's progress:
added a leaderboards screen where you can view entire leaderboards, not just scores around yours both Infinite mode and Daily runs:
added Streamer Friendly mode reduces background movement and post-processing effects so that uploads to YouTube or live streams have fewer compression artifacts. It can be enabled on the tutorial screen or in the options menu.
fixed some small bugs and crashes (please report in the comments if you still encounter anything strange!)
