Fixed a few little issues that fell through the cracks
- Productivity now displays properly for nests and star/moon/sunflowers
- You can reach 1 tile outside the edge of the map to sell any debris that gets pushed there
- You can now delete blueprints on Windows
- Fixed some text displaying in German regardless of language setting
