"Uka & Haruka: Hentai Puzzle 18+" is a puzzle game in which the player needs to collect images of girls by rotating the puzzle pieces, while watching beautiful girls in parallel.

The game tells the love story of Uki and Haruka. Their relationship is unusual, Haruka is more active than Uka. Haruka usually takes the upper hand in the relationship and dominates the relationship and bed. ♡(´｡- ᵕ -｡) ♡
