I apologize for the inconvenience, It was brought to my attention that a lot of people were not being able to unlock the tutorial achievement, even doing the tutorial multiple times. The way it was being checked before would require the player to wait up to 8 seconds for this achievement to process, this have now changed. The achievement will be granted instantly when the tutorial is done now. Furthermore, after updating the game, if you have a save in which the tutorial has already been complete, it will grant you the achievement as well, so no need to delete your save data, just update and reopen the game, and you should be granted your well earned achievement!
