The team and I are looking into removing real time play in casual matchmaking. Shifting Casual mode to an Asychrounus format with no timers and no queue times. Players builds and round data will be saved to a database allowing for battles to be against other player's builds every match. This feature will help players enjoy the game when matchmaking is slow, due to a growing player base. We are also looking into a tips and tricks system that will guide players around the basic mechanics of the game to improve players first match experience. helping assisting them through the management phase. We will make a new announcement soon regarding a time frame for these features to be implemented! Our UI is needs adjustment for resolutions below 1920x1080 and are working on this now to improve the experience for players on smaller resolutions. FaeTerra started as a solo development passion project. With early prototypes exhibiting potential, I decided to pursue a dream to release my first commercial game. I grew up inspired by creature collection games and always had a taste for the competitive battling aspect. With this in mind, I started carving out the basics stumbling upon the growing genre of auto battlers. Immediately sparking a vision of capturing the most fun parts of a creature collector, for me it was crafting the coolest team for battling. FaeTerra tries to scratch this itch of team-building, evolving, and battling. Trying new compositions against friends and opponents in PVP! With the help from Juego Studios together we created FaeTerra! I hope players can see the vision for this title, as this is just a launch point and stepping stone for FaeTerra with hopes to expand this universe in a much bigger way in the future! FaeTerra build 1.0 will be releasing on May 7th, we appreciate your patience! An incompetent former team member released the demo as the main game, so we temporarily removed FaeTerra from our Steam page. However despite many challenges we persevered and now arriving at our official release. May 7th @ 11am (CDT) FaeTerra is heavily inspired by Super Auto Pets and Pokmon, with the fantastic game play and mechanics of SAP and the nostalgic essence of Pokmon, we aim to bring a new title to the creature collection and auto-battler genres. I am super thrilled to have reached this milestone of releasing Solfiregames first title and hope to grow the FaeTerra IP.
