Recommended Weapon Choices
Viking Hammer: Adds crowd control with stunning effects.
Whirling Axe: Covers the King's blind spot with stationary whirling axes.
Monk's Brew: Attacks in all directions, making it great for controlling mobs.
How to use the Weapons in Combat
For additional damage and utility, picking the
Viking Hammer provides crowd control by stunning enemies and dealing extra damage. Consider the
Wave Quake Hammer enchantment to create shockwaves that damage enemies while you
Dash, making it easier to navigate crowded battlefields in the late game.
Combining the
Royal Sword with
Monk's Brew allows for effective crowd control, making it easier to take down Goblins and swarms while staying safe.
Alternatively, the
Whirling Axe is a solid option to eliminate the
King's blind spot by placing
Whirling Axes behind him. When enchanted with the
Vortex Axe, it draws in enemies and deals heavy damage, giving the
King breathing room in battle.

Coop Strategy
The King excels in co-op play, especially when teamed with ranged characters like
Cultist or
Umberto. His durability makes him an excellent protector, helping to shield more vulnerable allies during the early game. This allows your ranged teammates to focus on dealing damage while you keep enemies at bay, creating a strong synergy that supports the entire team.

Royal Re:Vault
The Kings original designs were created over 13 years ago. Being the face of his franchise, it has undergone many changes over the course of the 4 games he has now starred in.
Leading up to Royal Revolt Warriors we watched him grow from a little kid, to a teenager and lastly to a grown man.
While concepting the aged version of the King (first seen inRoyal Revolt: A Traders Tale), we had to find the right balance between having him visibly mature since the events of Royal Revolt 2, while still maintaining the instant recognizability of the beloved design.
