This small update makes a couple minor tweaks and adds Steam achievements! Changes:
- Steam achievements implemented
- Alt+Enter for fullscreen toggle

- Cursor updated & buttons highlight properly

- Yarrow's phase 1 vines are slower & ammo boxes are more conveniently placed
