Hi Everyone ! At beginning of 2020 we were wondering, what if Volt game is less about precision and timing and more about relaxing/forgiving gameplay. That's how we decide to give the Volt a second chance. At the moment there is an early version 0.1 going around internet - not sure if we can link it here, so it's better if you just check our twitter and it will take you there :) Let us know in comments if you want to see it here on Steam - with mouse/keyboard and joypad support or .. not :) [previewyoutube=rWC90Xcol7g;full][/previewyoutube]

So it might happen after all. After controls scheme update it became easier to implement it. This probably won't change the game's playability or the gameplay but you will have a choice between mouse and gamepad. I don't want to promise any exact dates or anything but Q1 is possible.

Windows and Linux versions has been updated with a new controls scheme. If you played Volt for some time it might be confusing for the first few minutes. Check HOW TO PLAY stage in the level select screen for a quick tutorial. Please leave your comments below and tell us what do you think about it.

This update brings back the initial game's difficulty which is now called HARD mode. Additionally to SPACE BAR you can also use LEFT SHIFT to disconnect the "newest" blue beam. We hope some of you will find it useful :) Unfortunately this update is not available for Mac users just yet, as we have some technical issues with preparing the build.

With this update you can now disconnect the beam simply by pressing the space bar. Other improvements and changes: - the way you cut the beam using a mouse button is now more intuitive. - difficulty and gameplay improvements. Let us know what you think.
