Hello, fellow Clonees! What began as a humble school project back in 2019 has grown into something far beyond what we ever imagined. After years of hard work, countless late nights, and more [strike]coffee[/strike] tea than wed like to admit, were beyond excited to finally release Clonizer today! Over the years, Clonizer has gone through many changes, because we have. What started as a student project slowly evolved, as we leveled up our skills, redrawn our visuals, rewrote our code (again and again), and found our voice as creators. Its been a long road, but were proud to say: its ready. Though our core team is just two people, weve never been alone in this journey. Were incredibly grateful to the talented folks who helped us along the way with VFX, sound design, music, publishing, and more and to you, our community, for your encouragement, feedback, and bug reports, as we built this adventure full of color, silly humor, and happily exploited Clonees. To everyone whos been waiting patiently all these years thank you for your trust and your support. You kept us going. We cant wait for you to explore what weve built. We definitely poured all our hearts into it, and we hope it makes you smile.

Hey Clonees! As we draw closer to our Early Access release, we're focusing more on the mechanics and balancing aspects of the game. Here are the changes reflected in the demo version:
As we joined the #TurnBasedThursdayFest, we wanted to address one of the most common feedback we received during our demo period, which was how each mission felt very similar to each other: They eventually all boiled down to moving Clonees to certain places on the map. This changes now! We reworked all three missions to each have their unique identity, playstyle, and feeling. And we aim to add new missions to the game as we move forward. We highly recommend to you to check them out! Below are the combined notes from both versions v0.5.4 and v0.5.5. We've released them only a few days apart.
While there are many ongoing developments for the full version in the background, we've updated the demo as well to reflect the changes. In this rather significant update, we aimed to address an issue that many of you voiced concerns about: there was something wrong with FFOs! The most significant pain point seemed to be that FFOs were attacking for a large portion of your maximum hull, creating a feeling of having nothing to do but defend. When the cards didn't come your way, losing half of your hull in a single attack was undoubtedly frustrating. To address this issue, we've reduced both the damage of attacks and the shield values of cards. We believe that this adjustment should alleviate the frustration of constantly feeling the need to defend while maintaining the challenge and not making the game overly easy. Please let us know what you think about it!

Hey Clonees! Land of the Crescent - Games From Turkey event has just ended! We are thrilled by how many of you played the demo! Considerable amount of you played it for more than three hours! For such limited content, CLONPO management was not expecting this at all. Thank you so much! As this was our first time releasing our demo, we received a lot of feedback. We have already started working on them and you can see some of it on the patch notes below. Expect to hear fresh ideas and more squashed bugs soon! Also, our demo is going to be available a little while longer, so feel free to embark on another expedition while you can!
