Aloha! I've been hard at work on a new update for OVERWHELMED, bringing together everything I've learned over the past year of game development. I really hope you enjoy it!
What's new:

Linux Build for Steam Deck!

I finally got my hands on a Steam Deck, so I made a portable version of OVERWHELMED! I had a blast working on it, and I hope you have just as much fun playing it!

Support for More Resolutions!

OVERWHELMED now supports a wide range of resolutions, from 4:3 to 32:9! So no matter what setup you're using, the game will fit perfectly. Here is the game in 32:9

Graphics Upgrade!

The game looks way better now, with more vibrant colors! I'm super excited about how it turned out.

CRT Filter!

I've added a CRT filter for that retro feel. Don't worry, thoughits totally optional and can be turned off in the settings!

Clearer Game Progression!

Some players thought finishing one spaceship's journey meant the game was over. But really, that's just where the adventure begins! I've added a screen to make things clearer.

Bug Fixes Galore!

Ive fixed a ton of bugs reported by the community on Twitter and elsewhere. And I also took care of some lets just say, things Im glad no one noticed! How did I even ship the game with that stuff? Anyway, it's all good now! Hope you'll have fun playing it! Cheers, Blukull
