Versioned Hotfix Now Live!

Updated SDL version used by the game to SDL 3 to increase stability and performance.
Made changes to ensure windowing and input work as intended. (Known issue: scroll bars on macOS currently require the use of arrows).
Updated the method of online versioning.
Made connection between clients stricter, as now only the exact same builds will be able to establish network connections.
Fixed shields rendered in battle messing with the cropping of the game's screen.
Fixed a situation where Mio would not be unlocked after clearing Mio's Dark Citadel.
Fixed the wrong card back being rendered when prompted to discard a card.
Fixed a rare crash during Convergence.
