Fixed desyncs that occur from choosing to place a trap on a far away panel.

Fixed a game crash that occurs when The Greatest Troublemaker Ever's REPEAT (2) effect is used when only the user is alive with low HP.
Reverted Unpaid Work, Forced Revival, Poppo the Snatcher, Indiscriminate Fire Support Co-op Deck Point costs to what they were before.
Added missing text to peeked Banner type cards.
Fixed a bug in Co-op mode that would make minions lose stars from Protection Fee, instead of bosses.
