Overview:
Some Jello and a Hard Place is about getting your Jello cube to the top of an obstacle course style map. The catch? While on paper this act seems simple, actually attempting to carry out these actions can prove to be... really excruciatingly difficult. As you ascend, the fear of falling grows more prevalent. The lava that burns all of your progress becomes more noticeable too. But will you give up? Will you let this game best you? You can only find out for $3.
Controls:
Two Jump buttons, Left and Right. The 4 control system will work on all re-programmable button pads, Xbox One Controllers (PS Controllers not tested yet), and Keyboards. The controls are simple to pick up, easy to master, and have just the right amount of jank. Since the controls are so simple: they are easily accessible to anyone with mobility disabilities.
Levels:
Each level start off simple enough, but doesn't stay that way. Every level gets exponentially harder as you ascend. With every jump, hazards seem to close in and keep you anxious. With no checkpoints, you are always one mistake from losing everything. Just because you found a landing patch, doesn't mean you're safe.
