About Steam Deck Compatibility

This proof-of-concept was designed with the Steam Deck in mind. Therefore, there is a dedicated version of the game for the console. The Steam Deck version of Throw Home has the following features:

Default resolution of 1280x800
Button prompts use a visualized Steam Deck model for ease-of-understanding.
Dedicated Steam Deck Controller Configuration
Right Trackpad used as navigation in Menu/Overworld

To access it, simply download Throw Home to your Steam Deck from the Steam Store. Steam will automatically provide you the Steam Deck version of the game.

Changes will take into effect once update is downloaded and game is relaunched

On windows version, button prompts change style when a controller is connected
Added Logo to Main Menu instead of plain text
Added arrows to Balloon Climb to tell player which direction to go
Tweaked level 1 demand level determination
Tweaked level 3 demand level determination
Added extra items to levels 1 and 4.
Fixed issue with player not being able to grab an item when "Grab Something!!!" message is displayed

Throw Home is a brand new 2d action game designed for players new to video games. Grab items from a plethora of worlds and use them to your adventurous advantage! Spinning, jumping, hitting, solving, almost anything ending in "ing" (excludes fracking) can be done with items in Throw Home!

With the all-new Demand system, how you play will choose what's next. Focus on enemies and your next level might be a clash in their base! But take it easy and you may end up on a date with one! If you're new to games, this is a great way to experience a variety of gameplay and figure out what fits best for you. If you're not new to games, please take 5 dollars out of the tip jar.
