Keeping it short and sweet, a rather annoying save game issue just had to be resolved right away.

-Adjusted asteroids rapidly destroying clumps of ships during combat
-Fixed a rather annoying bug with saving on planets, causing a save file to be unable to load
-Adjusted a few tooltips
