Spooky Night Update V1.0.1

Greetings, mortals! Fate has been watching, and the realm of Spooky Night has been imbued with new updates! Heres what has changed in your haunted village:

Gameplay Improvements

  • Fixed a bug where canceling votes was only allowed on valid targets.
  • The VIP Button is now hidden until its time comes.
  • Mouse Navigation through the village is now enabled by default.
  • A player's name turns red when they are eliminatedmarked by fate himself.
  • Fixed a bug where voting was disabled in the last 5 seconds of the tutorials day phase.
  • Wolf Role Conflict Mechanic If two wolves pick different targets, a conflict will now arise.
  • Fixed reward duplication at the end of a matchno more extra treats from the afterlife.
  • Win Conditions & Objectives are now clearly displayed at the start of the game and each phase.
  • Whisper Ability Removed No more silent plotting for now.

Storytelling Enhancements
  • Lynch Event Revamp A dramatic zoom-in, control lock, and role reveal amplify the tension!
  • Bite Event Improvements More intense zoom-in, control lock, and role reveal. The attacked villager is now revealed during the day.
  • Wolf Reveal Improved Wolves will now be unmasked in a far more compelling way at the end of the game.

UI & Visual Tweaks
  • Chat Icon Visibility Clearly see whether you're speaking as a villager, a wolf, or among the dead.
  • Timer Enhancements It now blinks red and plays a ticking sound when time is about to expire.
  • Role Icon Updates Role icons now appear next to player names, in the shop, and in character customization.

Quality of Life Fixes
  • Fixed Main Menu Avatar Zoom Your spooky faces are now properly displayed.
  • Credits Links Fixed No more broken pathways to the great beyond.
  • Escape Button Works on Popups Now you can exit popups (and the game) with ease.
  • Popup Skull Replacements The skulls have been replaced with a clear mark.
  • Game Start Notifications The game now grabs your attention by focusing your window when a match begins.

The Grim Reaper is pleased with these changes. Play wisely, or be struck down by fate!
