HOLY GUACAMOLE! This is a hefty one and probably the final update while we work on our next game.

What originally started as a basic proofreading update quickly escalated into the biggest update the game has seen yet!

THE CLARKADE

The Clarkade is an arcade/entertainment complex that hosts multiple activities for you to enjoy with your date! You start off with 30 tokens and that'll be your currency for the remainder of the date! Spend them wisely! Your date might not be satisfied if they didn't get to do everything.

Claw Machine

Most claw machines are rigged, however ours isn't! Win different types of plushies in this mini game! (PRO TIP: Your date will like a certain plushie more than the others!)

Ticket Wheel

What's a good arcade without prizes? However, prizes cost tickets. You'll need to earn tickets through the ticket wheel! Earn enough and you'll be able to get a valuable goody from the prize counter! The Clarkade hosts a bunch of different activities for you to do! We don't wanna spoil them all here, so you'll have to see for yourself!

New Sprites

One of our favorite compliments we've gotten was on how "expressive" the characters were! So we turned it up a notch and made them more expressive! New Scenes

We understand a lot of you wanted to spend more time with these characters... So we added a bunch of new scenes throughout the game! Cute, funny, quirky, and even serious scenes were added for all the characters.

New Music

Of course to coincide with the new scenes, the game has received a plethora of new music tracks!

The Bliss Valley Soundtrack (available for purchase) has been updated to include the 1.2 music tracks.

New Backgrounds

Just like with the new music tracks, the game has received a bunch of new backgrounds!

New Achievements

The game has received 6 new achievements and 2 altered achievements!

New content means new achievements for said content! You'll find the opportunities to earn the new achievements throughout your playthrough of Bliss Valley 1.2.

The achievements that have been altered are due to the new plotline that was added to the game.

Wait, a new plotline?

New Plotline

Yup! Bliss Valley has a new story you can experience! It's not immediately apparent what you have to do, but I think it'll all become clearer during your first errand run. Once you do the preliminary task, you'll be greeted by a brand new major character to Bliss Valley!

New Character: Banana

Awe, look at em! Isn't she adorable?

Well hands off pal, she's mine.

Banana is a bit of a loner and a bit... eccentric. Banana recruits you to engage in the hottest activity known to mankind... Solving a mystery. Help Banana uncover what's going on with Bliss Valley and what happened to a certain character some of you may have been acquainted with.

The truth may be disturbing to some players.

Boss Fights

Why the heck did you add boss fights to your nsfw furry visual novel game?

What are you, my mother?

Boss fights are rad and I wanted to make boss fight music. -Mox

You'll have to discover in Banana's route as to why you may be engaging in combat.

Gallery Overhaul

The amount of new sprites, characters, and backgrounds are just way too much more the lackluster menu system we had before. It's now updated to handle the new stuff!

New Endings

Yep! The game got quite a few new endings! I'm not one for spoilers though... You'll have find out what they are on your next playthroughs!

Hey Everyone! It's been a while since we talked, but that's because we've had our heads down working on our next project! Next project, you say? Indeed! While we can't say much now... We will say we've been working on a new game that we're very excited about! The project overall is much more ambitious than Bliss Valley, yet still familiar to the style we've established. The new game (and I hope this doesn't disappoint you all) will be 100% SFW, minus some moments of strong language. "That's fine and dandy you gorgeous developer, but what about Bliss Valley?" Don't worry! We haven't forgotten about our first project! In fact... big things are in store for Bliss Valley! What's new with Bliss Valley? First off, We'd like to say that the support we've gotten for Bliss Valley is incredible. We're blown away by how many of you really enjoyed your time with the game. For this reason, we've delved back into the world of Bliss Valley to create a final update for the game. The update will focus on adding brand new content, scenes, character sprites, locations, and more! -Mox in this patch, thanks to a player review, we've also fixed a few accidental misgendering issues. This arose because as we were developing the game, the identities of the characters weren't entirely set in stone. I should have caught that, but I must have missed it while I was proofreading. Whoops! Sorry, Robin. As another proofreading failure, I also missed a few grammar mistakes. Should be all better now. I choose to blame it on my poor eyesight. -Aloe The New Location The new location is set within the mall. On each of the characters mall date, you will now also be heading to The Clarkade! The Clarkade will host quite a few things to do and will be much more involved compared to the date scenes that you've become accustomed to. In The Clarkade, you will be granted 30 tokens to start off with. How you use these tokens will determine how your date feels. Spend all your tokens on one mini game? Well... that might bode well for how your date will feel about it. The tokens will be your ticket to playing mini games, going to a funhouse, and getting ice cream at the ice cream parlor. While we don't have a lot to show right now... Trust us, they're pretty cool. New Scenes! In addition to The Clarkade... we're buffing up the game with new scenes peppered out through the main campaign. Here's an example of Robin singing their heart out. :3
Robin, Bella and Ellie will all be getting more dialogue and new scenes. Character Sprites The trio of characters are all getting an upgrade! Each character will be getting a handful of new sprites. Including; new expressions, new poses, and Okay... fine. We'll show you some concept art.
Aww... Aren't they adorable? "Character shmaracter... I WANNA GOON!" Well don't you worry! We've got stuff for you too! The trio of characters will also be receiving new NSFW sprites, and the nsfw scenes are being extended as well. Happy gooning! :^) "THIS IS AMAZING!!! I WANNA GIVE YOU MORE MONEY!!!!!" Awe, really? Alright fine... But it'll have to be the game's soundtrack. Sorry I don't make the rules, I just think them up and write them down. Shhhhh.... -Mox Wow, the amount of positive feedback we've been getting is insane! I can't thank everyone enough for the consistent kindness and love I've received in regards to my art. Publishing the game felt like a risk, as I know my art is somewhat niche. I'm an impressionist and a surrealist through-and-through, and it's difficult to break away from that style. I found myself unsatisfied with backgrounds that I tried to polish into a more "mainstream" style; I'm also not nearly as experienced with backgrounds as I am with character design, so I was very afraid it would be a sticking point for a lot of our audience. However, it seems like you guys really love it! It's been a major confidence boost to my art, and has left me excited to go into our next project. The new game has been an interesting development experience. It's a lot more ambitious than Bliss Valley. Thanks to a lot of feedback we've gotten, we've made the decision to make the game SFW, and to focus more on adding more depth to a wider variety of characters. It's still written for an adult audience, but there won't be any nudity or sex scenes. People seemed to really enjoy our creative writing and the silly atmosphere, so we'll be giving more of that. Bliss Valley gets it's very first major update! Hello all you beautiful people! We're pleased to release Bliss Valley's first major update! What can you expect from update 1.1? We're glad you asked! New achievements! We've added a grand total of 7 new achievements for you to collect! 4 of those achievements are hidden, which should encourage replayability! Keep your eyes peeled! Safe For Work Mode! We've gotten many kind comments from a lot of you on how you enjoyed Bliss Valley's story and script. We've realized that the NSFW nature of Bliss Valley may be a turn off to a lot of people. Due to this, we've decided to implement a safe for work mode that can be toggled on and off at the start of a new playthrough! Scenes involving NSFW content are not displayed in SFW mode, and the scenes have been rewritten accordingly. Various Bug Fixes Whoops! Seems we left a few bugs in the game. Don't worry though, we're on the case! We've removed several bugs that may have been hampering your anthro adventure! More Details Changes Change: Nudity and erotic animations in the gallery have been labeled NSFW. Change: Sex scenes in the epilogues haven been labeled NSFW and made optional. Change: Added a SFW mode that is toggled at the start of a new playthrough. Change: Rewrote scenes/Removed NSFW Visuals for SFW Mode. Change: Added 7 New achievements (4 of which are hidden.)
