Year-End Update & 2026 Roadmap

As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect.

Whether it was writing, editing, programming, or developing, this year has been a busy one for us at Vincere Studio. Game development is no small task it often means pouring countless hours into details that may seem trivial on the surface, from choosing the right font to rewriting the same passage over and over until the tone feels just right. And while its always worth it in the end, when youre deep in the process, it can sometimes be hard to see the forest for the trees.

Wed also like to extend our sincere thanks to our community. Your support, kind words, and thoughtful feedback have been a constant source of motivation and inspiration. They truly help more than you might realize.

With the holidays upon us, we want to wish you and your loved ones a happy and restful holiday season. We hope youre surrounded by warmth, love, and a bit of well-earned downtime. Looking ahead, we thought it would be the perfect time to share a roadmap for 2026 and what you can expect from Vincere Studio.

JANUARY

Were kicking off 2026 with the launch of Cerulean Invasion (January 22nd), a space operainspired visual novel featuring space cadets, high-stakes conflict, and compelling romance. Drawing inspiration from Starship Troopers, Mass Effect, Star Wars, and more, this is a project we hope will grow into a trilogy of interconnected stories. Were excited for you to experience it.

FEBRUARY

February brings the release of RED OPS: Side Story (February 10th), a shorter adventure told from the perspective of Chris, a fan-favorite character. This story puts his skills to the test as he investigates the mysteries surrounding Paradiso City.

Weve heard your feedback regarding RED OPS, including its structural challenges, and we truly appreciate it. With RED OPS: Side Story, our goal is to address some of those issues and continue refining the experience as we work toward properly concluding the RED OPS saga. We look forward to reading your thoughts after launch and building upon them.

February will also feature the demo and Kickstarter launch of Ambers Quest an adventure game where a diverse cast of characters comes together to uncover the Lost City of Caesars in South America. Ambers Quest is a self-contained story, and we cant wait to share more details once the campaign goes live.

LOOKING AHEAD
