First of all, we want to thank all of the people who have interacted with us on Discord and Steam with feedback and bug reports!
We honestly did not expect our release to have reached as many people as it did and we are very happy with the reception we got.
This new update fixes bugs and crashes, and includes a couple game play adjustments. Hope you enjoy!
What's fixed:
Fixed controller support on Steam Deck
Fixed startup crash on some machines
Fixed harsh mouse movement after exiting pause menu
What's added:
Added achievement support
Added water visuals in the distance
Added V Sync toggle and FOV slider in the settings menu
Added more sound effects for player actions
Added slow down on wave completion and bell sound on wave start
Added directional damage indicator
What's changed:
Re-balanced wave enemy counts for easier on-boarding
Improved ground enemy movement
Tons more small tweaks and details!

Blightspire is a fast-paced wave-based survival shooter inspired by old-school shooters with a modern twist.
The inhabitants of Gravina have transformed into monsters in a strange outbreak of the bubonic plague and sought refuge in the cathedral.
It didn't save them.
Survive wave after wave of the unrelenting onslaught of the Black Death as the infected swarm you.
You have to avoid getting infected by the mutated monsters by using your thief's agility to
dash and jump around them.
Use the arsenal provided by the authorities to dispose of those that get to close and eradicate the once human monstrosities.
The holy shotgun will help you stay in the fight by draining life from the unholy.
Each hit and kill increases your score, as you keep hitting enemies consecutively your hit counter increases which boosts the gains even more. Survive as long as possible while keeping your hit counter up to get the highest score and compete with your friends.
