Hello again! It\'s been a few months, hasn\'t it? Which means it\'s time for a check-in!

While we had been hoping to get a content update ready for October, our team wanted a little more time to write. Thus the October update has been redubbed the \'Dead of Winter\' update... We\'ll let you know when we start beta testing (but I expect it should be some time in the next month)! Thanks for your patience, we\'ve been practicing other skills in the meanwhile...

Speaking of which, here\'s a little preview of what we\'ve been working on. It\'s a new project, but full of the same sort of fun-gals and witches you would expect from us!

Hopefully it\'s not a totally unwelcome diversion! Working on a different type of game has been helping recharge our Mushroom Musume battery. We\'ll have more info to share soon, but be sure to keep your eyes peeled if you\'re a fan of creature raising games or ant farms!

We\'ll try to post a new update post once a month keeping everyone... well... updated! So I suppose we\'ll catch up again next month.

PS: We\'re aware there\'s some cloud save issues with Mushroom Musume. They\'re currently disabled because we couldn\'t guarantee that things would merge nicely. I\'ll try to get another attempt in with the next update. (Sorry... Cloud saves is hard and I\'m scared of breaking more saves than already have been broke :( )

It\'s been two months since release! Wow! Thanks to everyone who\'s played the game, we\'re overwhelmed by how many people have been enjoying it. Since release, the dev team\'s been taking a bit of a break to think about what\'s next (...when we\'re not battling the bugs, that is.)\n\nFor Mushroom Musume, we have a few new updates planned: a creepy update in October and a lovely update in February. We\'ll be using these updates to fill out a few stories and collectables we had to cut for time, as well as some improvements we\'ve seen suggested by players! \n\nOnce we\'ve squashed most of the bugs and have those two updates out, we\'ll begin working on our \'final\' update; the main goal of this update will be Steam Workshop integration. We want players to be able to easily mod the game to their mushy heart\'s content! Mushroom Musume was designed to be pretty easy for people to work with, so it should just take some polish and documentation to open the gates for others to add their own stories or favorite fungal gals.\n\nOther than Mushroom Musume, we\'re also planning to release a few smaller games over the next year. Our next release on Steam will be a renewed version of our 2022 witchy-feely visual novel Making Friends (which you can wishlist today!) just in time for Halloween, but we already have ideas a-brewin\' for what comes next! So stay tuned~\n\n\nJust a little concept art for something new!

Hello! It's been a few days since we've posted an update log for our nightly-ish bug fix builds... here's a list of most of what's been addressed recently!

• We've taken a pass on achievements, some of which were incorrectly triggering (or not triggering) previously. We also got approval from Steam for more achievements, so in the coming weeks we'll be filling in some we had to cut before launch!
• Remaining bugs affecting the garden and garden items have been dealt with. If you had issues with your garden refusing to grow or difficulties with item quantities or spores from Gnome Depot, then give it another try.
• Various crashes from around the game have been fixed.
• An ending wasn't being triggered correctly previously, and should now be gettable.
• Clicking whilst lines with a 'typewriter effect' would previously cause the line to be skipped, now it should correctly complete the animation on the text instead.
• Controller support has been improved for combat events
• The code managing first-person dungeon navigation has been refactored, hopefully resulting in a more stable experience. (This is an ongoing effort, with more improvements coming in the future as well!)
• ...and a couple of other little things we're forgetting about, I'm sure~
  

Over the past few days, we've released a couple patches that should help with a variety of bugs (including some work on persistent story events, further fixes for garden growth related issues, and a crash during a witch confrontation)

Welcome to Day #2 patch notes!
