Tutorial Integration

The tutorial is now integrated into your first run. Instead of a standalone tutorial with a lot of information at once you will now get some information about the game in each fight. This should help new players get started a lot quicker. Patchnotes
- Integrated tutorial into normal game flow.
- Nari's passive now works on all Attack cards, no matter if you dealt damage with them or not.
- Fixed the animation for gaining and losing block.
- Various small bug fixes.

Vulcard, the god of the volcano, is angry. As the two strongest warriors, your mission is to ascend the volcano and follow the ancient tradition to bring an offering to the god himself. In this two-player, time-based, roguelike deckbuilder, you have to collaborate to survive! Choose between different characters with distinct starting decks and unique abilities to fight your way up. Build your deck, meet curious characters, face countless enemies, experience intense boss fights and earn epic rewards! Can you return peace to the island?
