...travel to another dimension, recreationally!"

Fourmiworld
Fourmiworld is an upcoming free game all about exploring a strange world orbiting a dying star. Along the way you'll discover the remains of a lost civilization, encounter bizarre creatures, unearth tools to aid your excavation, and more.

Should you play?
If you enjoy at least 7 of the following points, we think you'll really click with Fourmiworld:
Games with destructible environments and secrets to discover.
Open-world exploration and nonlinear progression.
Insects, bugs and Sci-Fi ecosystems.
Piecing together the history of a long-gone alien race.
Atypical artstyles, collage, girls with flowers for eyes.
Growing stronger and gaining abilities to better navigate your environment.
Games that don't hold your hand and just let you figure things out.
Atmospheric, ambient music that adapts to where you are.
Personalized experiences, seeing things other players will not see.
The word "Frondosity" invokes a certain joy in you.

Inspirations
These games inspired us a lot during development. We think you should give the game a try if you enjoy at least two of these:
Metroid - Game-altering upgrades & lonesome alien atmosphere.
Terraria - Digging anywhere & obtaining resources to get new abilities.
Hylics - Surrealistic stylization & unconventional vibe.
Yume Nikki - Exploring exactly how you want to & seeing weird/cool/scary things.
Starseed Pilgrim - Lack of hand-holding & tile interaction aspects.
We\'ve updated Fourmiworld to Version 1.0.2 Cricket.
This is a small patch, mainly with a fix to the sound vault code. It should now properly work for everyone as intended.
Read a more detailed list below, but beware of potential spoilers for things you may not have found.

The Sound Vault Player will now always play the correct code.
[/*]Fullscreen hotkeys (F11 and F) now work on the title screen/while the game is paused.
[/*]Small other tweaks.
[/*]The game now has an option at launch to choose to play with either Vulkan renderer or OpenGL3. Vulkan is recommended, but if your PC has issues displaying the game, then OpenGL3 should fix it.
